"I worked at Eutelsat full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Old style man-only management team with no concrete interest in innovation, customer centricity or talent development Profit driven quarter by quarter Despite its international customer base, only French nationals, often with limited international exposure, access senior management positions Toxic environment that tolerates bullying and harassment Often individuals with no industry experience are recruited for leadership roles: internal talent and expertise is ignored by management Inconsistency of branding: while the baseline claims the company "enables connectivity for all," employees are forbidden to work from home..."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Eutelsat full-time for more than 3 years Cons: In the technical Department there is no possibility of a growing career path and changing inside the company is very difficult. You can acquire experiences, new responsibilities in your restricted field, but always remaining in the same position and with the same job title. No big incentives if you improve your productivity or if you want to do more. This aspect is more related to the cultural way of thinking and power of the Unions in France. In their opinion, small salary increments for every employee is better than giving increments following merit and productivity."
